Hearthstone: The Druid Guide
Learn how to win with the druid in the Blizzard game Hearthstone in this guide. We present the best cards from the natural wizard and tell you how to use them.
Overrun the enemy
The goal of the druid is to overrun the enemy with monsters. Your own monsters are strengthened by magic cards. Defeat the enemy before they can play stronger cards that cost multiple mana points. We present some cards that shouldn't be missing in any druid deck. These cards are easy for beginners because they are easy to get:
- Claw: Gives your hero +2 attack this turn and 2 armor.
- Mark of the Wild: Gives taunt and + 2 / + 2 to a servant.
- Loot Hamster (2/1): Death Whine: Draws a card.
- Blood Elf Cleric (3/3): Battlecry: Gives + 1 / + 1 to a friendly servant.
- Swipe: Deals 4 damage to an enemy and 1 damage to all other enemies.
- Knight of the Silver Hand (4/4): Battle Cry: Summons a squire (2/2).
- Starfire: Deals 5 damage. Draws a card.
That is your tactic
There should be as many monsters in your starting hand as possible. If necessary, put weaker magic cards away. Always attack your opponent's monster cards before you hit the opponent's life points. Otherwise your monsters will be destroyed. However, you are dependent on this. If you have enough monsters on the field, you can start playing your magic cards. Think carefully which of your cards you want to strengthen and whether it makes more sense to play a monster card anymore.
This guide is for your guidance only. The druid can also be played differently, for example with epic or legendary cards. However, these are difficult to get. If you prefer to play warriors, visit this practical tip.
