Set up home network group
If you set up a homegroup in Windows 7, you can share pictures, documents and printers with other computers.

To share content with other computers, all computers must be in a homegroup.
- Click "Start" at the bottom left of the screen.
- Select "Control Panel" in the start menu on the right.
- Click on "Network and Internet" and then on "Home Network Group".
- There you click on the button "Create home network group", a new window will open.
- Now you can choose whether you want to share pictures, documents or printers. Then click on the "Next" button.
- After a short wait you will receive a password. You do not need to remember this as it will be changed afterwards. Click on "Finish", the window closes again.
- In the window of the home network group click on "Change password" (see picture). There you simply enter a password so that you can remember it for a short time. You need this to link other computers to the home network group. Click "Next" and then "Finish".
- The home network group has now been successfully created. Any number of other computers can now join the home network group.
