HelloFresh: Pause delivery - how it works
You can pause HelloFresh to avoid receiving a delivery for one or several weeks. For example when you are on vacation. This is child's play and quick. Here we show you exactly how it works.
Pause HelloFresh delivery
You can pause your delivery up to eight weeks in advance. You must make the change by Wednesday 11:59 p.m. at the latest so that it can be taken into account the following week. Here's how you do it:
- First log in to your customer account.
- Select "My deliveries" there.
- Open your delivery calendar. You can find this by clicking on the calendar icon in the upper right corner.
- Click the date on which you do not want to receive a delivery.
- Now select "Pause".
- Active deliveries are marked green in your delivery calendar. Delivery breaks, however, are highlighted in red.
- If you want to cancel a delivery break, you have to repeat the process described and activate the delivery.
