Before contacting Home24 customer service, you can check the extensive help website of the online shop to see if your problem is not already described here. If not, you can reach the furniture dealer's employees in two ways:
- Hotline: You can call the customer service on Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
