Hotmail: insert signature
You can have a signature automatically inserted for every e-mail sent to your Hotmail address. We show you how to do this.
Insert email signature in Hotmail
You add the signature in the Outlook interface in the settings:
- To do this, log into the Hotmail interface online.
- Click the gear icon in the top right corner and select "Options".
- Under the heading "Write e-mail" you will find the menu item "Format, font and signature".
- In the lower text field you can set a signature for your emails. Use the options that appear to highlight your text in bold or change the font size.
- With "Save" you confirm your changes.
