Huawei: disable power-intensive apps - how it works
Huawei reports power-intensive apps to help you save battery power. This is basically helpful, but it gets annoying quickly with frequent reports. We'll show you how to turn off power-intensive app notification.
Switch off power-intensive apps on Huawei smartphones automatically
First, we'll show you how your Huawei smartphone automatically ends power-intensive apps:
- First open the "Settings" on your Huawei smartphone.
- There, select "Battery" and tap the gear icon in the top right.
- Now you can activate a button "Quit apps that are too power-intensive".
Disable the "Power intensive apps" notification
If you are annoyed by the many notifications about power-intensive apps, you can simply deactivate them:
- Go to "Settings" again and then select "Battery".
- Then you have to flip the switch at "Power consumption warning".
- You will no longer receive a warning if an app uses a lot of electricity.
