i3 processor: what does that mean?
You often come across the "i3 processor" when buying a new computer. In this article we explain exactly what that means and how this processor differs from others.
i3 processor - that's the reason
An i3 processor is a dual-core processor. This means you have two processor cores with the same performance.
- These two cores work side by side at the same time and have the same performance.
- A dual core is particularly suitable for simple games and office applications, since the performance is in the lower range. An i3 processor is not particularly fast.
- There is also the //praxistipps.chip.de/i5-processor-was-bedeutet-das_40769|i5]] and i7 processor from Intel, whereby the performance improves upwards.
