How to sync iCal with Dropbox
- Download Dropbox for Mac. Also close iCal completely.
- Create a subfolder named "Calendars" in the Dropbox folder (in the user directory).
- Copy the folder of the same name from the / Users / username / Library directory to the newly created "Calendars" folder. In another article we will show you how to display the library.
- Rename the "Calendars" folder in the / Users / username / Library directory to "_Calendars".
- Open the "Terminal" program. Enter the following command: ln -s ~ / Dropbox / Calendars ~ / Library / Calendars
- To synchronize your calendar with another Mac using Dropbox, create the folder on the other Mac as shown.
