Share iCloud Calendar - Here's how
If you want to share your iCloud calendar with others, you can share it on your computer. We'll show you how.
Share iCloud calendar
- Open the iCloud.com website and log in with your Apple ID.
- Click on "Mail" in the overview and select the calendar you want to share in the top left.
- Go to the right of the calendar on the radar symbol (see picture) and choose the option "Private Calendar" or "Public Calendar".
- Anyone to whom you send the corresponding link can view a public calendar. With the private calendar, you have to invite everyone individually via e-mail, but you can decide whether the respective person can only read or edit the calendar.
- Then click the "OK" button to apply the settings.
