iCloud Mail doesn't send - you can do that
If iCloud Mail does not send emails, there are many possible reasons for this. Read here what you can do in this case.
Email is not sent from iCloud Mail - problem solutions
- First, make sure you have a consistently stable internet connection. To do this, you can take a look at the task bar in the lower right corner of Windows. The current status of the Internet connection is displayed there.
- On Mac you will find this information in the top right corner.
- If you do not see an active internet connection there, you should check whether you are connected to the correct WLAN network or whether the LAN cable is connected correctly.
- If you do not receive a signal, you can take the router off the mains for about ten seconds. Then wait until the device has reconnected to the Internet.
- If these tips don't help you troubleshoot the Internet, you can contact your provider. There may be a malfunction or your connection has been (temporarily) blocked.
