iCloud doesn't sync contacts - it could be because of that

If your contacts are not synchronized in iCloud, this can have various causes. We'll give you a few solutions to help you get the problem under control.
Activate synchronization - this is how you proceed
First of all, you should check whether you have enabled the contacts for synchronization in your iCloud settings. To do this, proceed as follows:
- Open the "Settings".
- Touch iCloud.
- Here the controller should be moved to the right under "Contacts".
- In addition, tap on "Mail, Contacts, Calendar" in the "Settings".
- There you also click on "iCloud" and move the slider to the right under "Contacts".
Disable contacts as an alternative
If the first solution doesn't help you, you should try disabling iCloud contacts first and then re-enabling them.
- To do this, go back to "iCloud" in the "Settings".
- Slide the controller at "Contacts" to the left.
- Then select "Delete from iPhone". Caution: This may delete unsynchronized contacts on the current device.
- Then activate the option again and synchronize the contacts again.
If the second approach does not help you either, you should check whether your iPhone has a WLAN connection. To access your iCloud data, you need access to the Internet.
