IKEA: online order not received - what to do?

IKEA online shop: This is how long your orders take
- If your order in the IKEA online shop has turned out a little more lavish and is delivered by a freight forwarder, the waiting time after the order process is approximately two to four weeks (depending on the order).
- You will receive an expected delivery date with the order confirmation. In addition, IKEA employees will contact you before delivery to arrange a suitable appointment.
- If only small orders have been placed with Ikea online shopping and are sent as a package, the delivery time takes approximately one week. You can view the order online using the shipment tracking service.
Tracking or shipping issues: Contact customer service
- If the IKEA order does not find its way to you despite shipment tracking or personal consultation with a delivery company, you can contact the responsible support staff at 06192-93 99999 at the local rate.
