Forgot ING DiBa-PIN for online banking
If you have lost the PIN for ING DiBa's online banking, you must contact the customer center:
- If you have not only forgotten the PIN but also lost it, you must have your bank account blocked for online banking (contact details). It is best to contact customer service by phone so that this can be done quickly.
- Even if you have forgotten the online banking PIN, you must contact the ING DiBa customer center. Have your account or custody account number ready and the telebanking PIN, which differs from the online banking PIN.
- On the phone, dial direct dial "2" and then dial "3". In this way you order new access data.
- You can also send a letter, fax or email. Please send your request to ING DiBa in writing.
- Remember that you will not receive the documents by post until a few days later. This is mainly due to security reasons.
- If the new PIN is there, the old PIN number expires.
