Disable incognito mode in Chrome
Deactivate incognito mode in Chrome, no longer surf anonymously. We will tell you how this is possible.
Google Chrome: Disable incognito mode
- Incognito mode is firmly integrated in Google Chrome and therefore cannot be deactivated. Since Chrome always starts in normal mode, there is no need to deactivate it.
- If you have started incognito mode with the key combination [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [N] or with the menu button at the top right of the picture, you can simply close the window again. You can recognize the mode by the symbol in the top left of the window (see picture).
- If you do not want someone to use incognito mode on your PC, unfortunately switching to another browser is also of no use. Thanks to the built-in cleaning function, cleaning tools such as the CCleaner or the Tor network, everyone can wipe the browser traces again.
