You can easily connect Instagram and Flickr via the Flickstagram app and thus transfer your pictures to Flickr. Instead of manual downloads and uploads, the Flickstagram offers a more direct way. You can find out everything you need to know about this in this practical tip.
Instagram to Flickr: It works with Flickstragram
- Open the Flickstagram website. There you start with the "Log in to Instagram".
- In the following dialog, log in and grant access by clicking on "Authorize". Continue with the "Log in to Flickr". Log in to this service as well and confirm the connection to the account there with "OK, I authorize it".
- If you have already registered with the services in the browser, you do not have to enter the data again. Then again select the desired "privacy" for the new photos on the Flickstagram website. To do this, change the setting in the combo box from "Public" to "Private", for example.
- Finally, start the transfer with "Go". Depending on the amount of data, the import may take some time.
- Now check your Flickr page. The pictures end up there in the new album "Instagram Photos". All additional data such as titles, tags, comments and geographic information are also transferred. The original data on Instagram remain unchanged.
