Certificate error in the IE browser - you should note that
Keep the following things in mind when you see this error in Internet Explorer:
- The certificate identifies the associated web server. If this certificate has errors, it could mean that the connection was intercepted or the identity was manipulated.
- This error could be due to outdated, incorrect or incorrectly issued certificates.
- You can still visit the site by clicking on "Continue loading this website (not recommended)". However, this is only recommended if you are convinced of the identity of the website and you are aware of the risks that your personal data may be intercepted.
- This warning is a security feature of Internet Explorer to protect your personal information. You cannot therefore deactivate this warning.
- In many cases, you only get the error because the system date is set incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you have set the correct date in the system.
