With additional software: save and export passwords in Internet Explorer
Download BackRex and install the tool.
- Start the program "BackRex Internet Explorer Backup" and follow the instructions.
- Select the "Backup" option. You can also set up a "scheduled backup".
- Then select the file path under which you want to back up the backup.
- Now your backup will be created. If you would like to import or export this to Internet Explorer again at a different time, open the BackRex program again (now maybe on a different computer) and select "Restore" instead of "Restore" at the beginning of the wizard.
