Save and delete passwords in Internet Explorer - this is how you proceed
Passwords are saved automatically in IE. If you want to delete them, proceed as follows:
- Click on the gear icon in the top right of IE.
- There you click on "Internet Options".
- Under the "General" tab, click on "Delete" under "Browsing history".
- Place a checkmark next to "Passwords" and then confirm with "Delete".
Deactivate save request in IE
If you no longer wish to receive the save request, you can deactivate it as follows:
- Click on the gear icon and select "Internet Options".
- Here, tap on the "Contents" tab.
- Click on the "Settings" button under "AutoComplete".
- Remove the check from "Usernames and passwords for forms".
