A new feature of iOS 8 is the "Health" app. Among other things, you can use it to create your own health passport. This practical tip shows you what that brings and how you have to do it.
iPhone: Create health passport with "Health" in iOS 8
Open the "Health" app in the home menu. In the app, tap on "Emergency pass" in the lower toolbar and set up the security feature via "Create emergency pass":
- Allow access to your health passport even when it is locked so that other people or doctors can access your information. To do this, leave the controller on the right side.
- Now tap one of the many options to customize it. For example, you can use "Medication" to enter the names of the medications you take regularly.
- You can also specify your "emergency contact". To do this, tap on the option of the same name and then select the relevant person from your contacts list. Then enter the name of this contact, e.g. B. "Spouse".
- At this point you can also decide whether you want to be organ donor, what blood type you have, how much you weigh and how tall you are.
- If you save the data you have entered via "Done" at the top right, your health pass is set up.
