iOS 9: Change video resolution - how it works
Since iOS 9, you can change the resolution of videos on iPhone and iPad. On the iPhone 6, for example, up to 1080p at 60 fps can be set. In this quick guide we will show you step by step how to do it.
- First, open the "Settings" app on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.
- Swipe down and select the category "Photos & Camera".
- Below you will find the "Video recording" and "Slo-Mo recording" options in the "Camera" category.
- Here you can select both the resolution (e.g. 720p) and the number of frames per second (e.g. 30 fps).
