iPad: Watch and record DVB-T television
With small DVB-T receivers, you can turn your iPad into a mobile TV in just a few steps, even without the Internet.
- Depending on the device, the receiver is either connected to the iPad or iPhone using a USB cable, or connected to the device via WLAN. The receiver can also be positioned a few meters from the iPad.
- The receivers cost around 40 to 80 euros and in most cases require the iOS 7 operating system or a newer version.
- The provider always provides an app to match the DVB-T receiver. In most cases this is free of charge. You can also record the current program within some apps.
- The receiver receives power either from a built-in battery or a direct power connection.
