These steps will help you activate the iPad if you've previously synced it to iTunes at least once.
- Connect your iPad to the computer you normally sync with and open iTunes.
- Synchronize the device with the PC.
- When the backup and synchronization are complete, restore your device.
- After recovery, you will be asked to set up your iPad. Select "Restore from iTunes backup".
