iPad mail: automatically attach signature - so it'll work
In order not to have to manually type in the signature for every email, you can have the iPad attach it automatically. We show you how it works with just a few steps.
How to activate the automatic mail signature on the iPad
- Open the "Settings" on your iPad.
- Select the "Mail, Contacts, Calendar" tab.
- In the second section on "Mail" you will find the "Signature".
- Enter your personal signature here - for example your name, your telephone number and the URL of your website. Line breaks and links are later automatically recognized and adopted in the email.
- If you use several accounts on the iPad, you can also set up a separate signature for each one. For example, the signatures for professional and private emails can be separated.
Set up the mail signature on the iPhone in the same way. You can read more about this in this practical tip.
