iPhone: Insert picture or logo in mail signature
You can only insert a picture or logo on your iPhone via a detour as a mail signature. We explain how to do it.
iPhone: Add picture as mail signature
The image is only displayed in the signature if it is inserted as HTML code:
- First create your signature with a picture using a mail program that supports this function - for example with Outlook or Thunderbird. Alternatively, you can create an HTML signature online.
- Send an email to yourself with the created signature and call it up in the Mail app on the iPhone.
- Mark the signature by tapping and holding it for a long time and select "Copy".
- Switch to the Settings app and select "Mail, Contacts, Calendar".
- Scroll down a bit and tap on "Signature".
- Now paste the copied signature by long-tapping in the text field and then selecting "Paste".
- Shake your iPhone. The window "Change attributes revoke" appears. Touch Undo. This will keep the required HTML code.
- If necessary, adjust the signature by deleting inserted spaces or paragraphs.
