Delete all emails on iPhone and iPad
If you swipe an email from right to left on your iDevice, you can delete it directly. With several messages, however, this takes a very long time. With a little trick, however, it is a little faster:
- Open the mail app and go to the inbox of your mail account.
- Tap on "Edit" in the top right corner and mark the first email.
- Then tap and hold the "Move" option at the bottom. Tap again on the just highlighted message and release the "Move" button.
- Your iPhone automatically selects all mails that you only have to move to the trash.
- Here tap again on "Edit" and select the option "Delete all".
