Set up groups for the iPhone mail app - how it works
- To create groups, go to icloud.com and log in with your Apple ID.
- Open the contacts there and click on the plus sign at the bottom left. Select "New Group"
- Name the group. In the iOS "Contacts" app, you can now tap on "Groups" in the top left and then select the newly created group.
- Either add new contacts here using the plus sign in the top right-hand corner or push the existing contacts in icloud.com into your new group.
- In the iOS mail app, you can now tap the plus sign in the recipient field when composing an email. Here you select your group and insert all group members.
