iPhone: edit screenshot - how it works
A screenshot is easy with the iPhone - editing the image afterwards is not difficult either. You don't even have to load an extra app to edit the image. We show you how it works.

If you took a screenshot with your iPhone, you can edit it directly in the "Photos" system app.
- If you take a screenshot with the iPhone, the image is saved in "Photos".
- Call up the screenshot via the photo app and you will find a symbol with three dashes and dots in the lower menu bar. If you tap this symbol, the editing mode opens.
- In the top bar you will find three symbols. You can use these to set markings, label the image or use the magnifying glass function. The red-eye function is also in the top bar. The magic wand symbol is used to improve the image.
- Using the symbols in the lower menu bar, you can rotate the screenshot, select various color modes and apply different filters.
- By tapping the "X" you discard the changes. If you would like to save the edited image on your iPhone in this way, apply the changes with the tick symbol.
