Voicemail is activated on the iPhone by default. This practical tip shows you how to deactivate the mailbox.
Turn off voicemail on iPhone
- Open the "Phone" app on your iPhone and switch to the number pad below.
- To completely switch off voicemail, enter ## 002 # and press the call button.
- After a short wait you will receive a confirmation. Touch OK.
Deactivate individual functions of voicemail
- ## 62 #: Deactivates call forwarding when the iPhone is switched off or has no reception.
- ## 61 #: Deactivates the delayed call diversion.
- ## 67 #: Deactivates call forwarding when the line is busy.
- ## 21 #: Deactivates global call forwarding.
