- First of all, you should make sure that the battery of your iPod has sufficient charge. To do this, connect it to the power supply for at least 10 minutes.
- Now you can try to reset the iPod: To do this, leave it connected to the power supply and press the two hardware buttons "Standby" and "Volume down" for at least 8 seconds.
- The Apple logo should now appear on the display. If this is not the case, a repair is probably necessary.
