Free Spotify - the different music tariffs
Spotify offers a total of four different tariffs that cause different costs.
- The cheapest tariff is Free. As the name suggests, there are no costs. But it can take your nerves because the sound quality is only 128 kbps and advertising is played between the songs.
- The Spotify Premium tariff costs you around 10 euros per month. The sound quality is 320 kbps and you are spared from advertising. You can also listen to the songs offline.
- The student tariff includes the same advantages as the premium tariff, but only costs around 5 euros per month. To be able to use the benefits for one year, you must identify yourself as a student.
- The Family tariff from Spotify costs around 15 euros. It includes the same conditions as the premium service. The only exception: with the Spotify Family tariff, five other family members can use the music streaming service free of charge in addition to the main subscriber.
- Tip: You can test Spotify's premium offers for one month free of charge. Afterwards there is always a notice period of one month.
