First restart your device. If the problem is not yet resolved, your device must be completely reset. All data will be lost.
- First create a system backup via "Settings"> "iCloud"> "Backup". To do this, slide the controller at "Backup" to the right and connect the device to a WLAN network.
- Install iTunes on your computer and connect your iPhone or iPad to the PC via USB.
