- First, make sure you are logged in as an administrator so that you can also run the update for iTunes.

Reinstall iTunes: Fix Error 2324
- In some cases it can help if you completely uninstall the previous version of iTunes on your PC. For this we recommend the free tool Revo Uninstaller.
- Open Revo Uninstaller after installation and double click on the iTunes entry. Select "Advanced" as the uninstallation method. Click "Next" to uninstall the iTunes version.
