Fix iTunes error 69 - Here's how
If error 69 occurs in iTunes, you can no longer sync music to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. We'll show you how to solve the problem quickly and easily.
iTunes: Error 69 is preventing synchronization
- Update: If you use a slightly older version of iTunes, this can lead to problems. Therefore, start an iTunes update.
- Media library: If your music is not completely in the iTunes folder, this can also cause complications. Move your media library completely into the folder "C: \ Users \ YourName \ Music \ iTunes \ iTunes Media".
- Software: If the connection between iTunes and the iOS device is blocked, error 69 is also displayed. Briefly switch off all additionally installed anti-virus programs and firewalls and start the synchronization again.

Fix error 69 in iTunes
In some cases, clearing the cache can fix the problem. All you have to do is delete the following three files.
- Close iTunes and simultaneously press the [Windows] and [E] keys.
- Navigate here to the path "C: \ Users \ YourName \ Music \ iTunes".
- Delete the files "iTunes Library.itl", "iTunes Library Genius.itdb" and "iTunes Library Extras.itdb" (see picture).
- Restart iTunes if the synchronization is running again.
