Undo iTunes purchase - Here's how
If you accidentally bought an item in iTunes, you can undo the purchase from an Apple website. You not only return apps, but also music, films, books and TV shows. In this practical tip, we show you what you need to consider.
Undo iTunes purchase - does it work?
- You can exchange an iTunes purchase from Apple within 90 days. Usually the amount is then immediately refunded. However, some problems may require a quick review. During this time, the message "Pending" is displayed next to the product.
- It usually only takes a few hours to process your request. When you make a refund, you'll see a button next to your purchase that says "Refunded."
- If your application has been processed successfully, you will lose the rights to use the returned product. In this case, for example, you will no longer receive app updates or cannot download an article again.
