iTunes: restore store account name
If you forget the name of your iTunes store account, you can restore it at any time. This way you avoid losing purchases that you have already made with your iTunes ID. In our guide you will find out how it works.
Restore iTunes store account name
A restoration in the classic sense is not necessary. In the area of information about purchased objects, you can find out the buyer name in the following way:
- Start iTunes.
- Now click on your "media library" in the top right, if it is not already open.
- Now click on "Playlists" and select the "Purchases" field on the left. Select an object of your purchases by clicking on it once with the mouse pointer.
- Next, click on "File"> "Information" in the Apple system bar.
- Under the tab "Overview" you will now find information on the right-hand side about the buyer of this property (see picture). You can find your store account name here.
