- Find the JPG file you want and right-click on it.
- Under "Open with" select the Windows software "Paint".
- Click "File" in the upper left corner of Paint and select the "Save As" option.
- Now change the extension ".webp" to ".pdf" in "Filename". If there is only the name, just add the end ".pdf" (see picture).
- A PDF version of the image is created using the "Save" button. The original JPG file is retained.

- You can upload one or more JPG files to the Online2PDF.com website and then download them as PDF files. It works similarly at jpeg-zu-pdf.online-umwandeln.de.
- The free PDF24 Creator software also helps. Start the program, look for the JPG file in the directory on the left and drag it with the mouse into the right area of the software. If you then click on the diskette symbol at the top, the image will be saved as a PDF.
