- Medium-dark roast : This type of coffee has a rich and slightly bitter-sweet taste.

- As a rule, the first cracks appear in the coffee beans in the first 5 minutes, which is a sign of the first degree of roasting or light roasting.
- The second crack in the coffee breaks out after a few minutes and your coffee reaches the medium roast.
- You can experiment a little with the roasting of the beans to find your preferred roast.
- If you notice that the coffee is roasted to your liking, let the beans cool on baking paper.
Roast coffee beans in a popcorn machine
Roasting coffee beans in a popcorn machine is perhaps one of the simplest and most practical options.
- Prepare a bowl with a handle and baking paper.
- Turn on the device and let it warm for 30 seconds.
- When the machine is warm, pour a cup of coffee beans into the machine.
- The preparation process can take about 5 minutes, but make sure you are close to the machine.

- Be sure to roast the beans evenly without moving them too much.
- The first crack appears on the beans in the first 5-6 minutes and after 7-8 minutes they are usually done in the medium to dark roast.
