Italian-style low-calorie pasta salad
Invite friends to a barbecue, it is best to make enough pasta salad. Our quantities are sufficient for six people.
- To do this, cook 500 grams of pasta. Whether you use penne or farfalle or any other pasta depends on your preferences.
- For the dressing, mix 50 milliliters of milk with two tablespoons of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Also add a tablespoon of honey and four tablespoons of Dijon mustard. It is seasoned with a little pepper and salt.
- Before pouring the dressing over the pasta, halve another 200 grams of cocktail tomatoes and cut four spring onions into fine rings.
- When you have mixed these ingredients with the cooked pasta, fold in the dressing. The light pasta salad is decorated with a little rocket and parma ham cut into strips.
- At the end, sprinkle a few roasted pine nuts over it.
Colorful pasta salad with turkey breast
This recipe also has enough for six servings.
- First, cook 500 grams of pasta of your choice again.
- Meanwhile, cut two large onions into rings and a bunch of washed radishes into thin slices.
- The dressing is made from 50 milliliters of poultry broth with four tablespoons of olive oil and a tablespoon of white wine vinegar. Add a small dash of Tabasco as a seasoning.
- The finely chopped pulp from two large tomatoes is also included in the dressing. Tip: Tomatoes are easy to skin if you blanch them briefly beforehand.
- Mix the pasta with the dressing and spread the radishes and the onion rings over them.
- Finally, put 200 grams of turkey breast cut into strips on the pasta salad and decorate it with fresh cress.
Pasta salad with pesto
A pasta salad with pesto is prepared very quickly.
- Here too, cook six grams of pasta of your choice for six people.
- While the pasta is cooking, mix six tablespoons of basil pesto with ten tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. White balsamic vinegar is better for dressing than darker.
- Season the dressing with a little pepper and a pinch of sugar. When the noodles are cooked, mix them warm with the dressing.
- Next, cut cocktail tomatoes in half. You need a kilo of tomatoes for the recipe.
- You also dry three balls of mozzarella and cut them into small pieces.
- Wash an additional 500 grams of arugula and dry the salad thoroughly with kitchen paper.
- Once you have mixed the pasta and dressing well, add the other ingredients under the salad and sprinkle it with a little grated parmesan.
