Kaspersky doesn't start - you can do that
Kaspersky is designed to protect you from malicious software and keep your PC clean. But if the service suddenly stops working, it stops working. We will show you what you can do in this case.
Kaspersky does not start - so you solve the problem
Kaspersky may not work properly because a file is damaged or missing. In this case you should reset the tool:
- Make sure that all functions and windows of Kaspersky are closed. You can check this with the Task Manager.
- Then download the free "Revo Uninstaller" and install it on your PC.
- If the installation is successful, open the tool and look for the entry "Kaspersky".
- Double-click on the program found and then select the item "Moderate".
- The assistant will guide you through the process. Mark all files and folders and remove them by clicking on "Delete".
- Then download the latest version of Kaspersky.
- If you install the software as usual, you can then start it again.
- If the error persists, contact Kaspersky customer service.
