Facebook customer service: contact form no longer available
Facebook has been hiding contact opportunities better and better over the years and unfortunately also reducing them. There is currently no general customer service.
- In the Facebook help section you will find the most common questions and their solutions. You should usually already get an answer here.
- Facebook does not offer a hotline either. The German subsidiary has its registered office at the following address: Facebook Germany GmbH, Caffamacherzeile 7, Brahmsquartier, 20355 Hamburg.
Contact when the account is blocked
Due to the large number of members, Facebook does not offer real customer service.
- There are forms only for special topics such as "Reporting a convicted sex offender".
- You also have the option of contacting Facebook if your account is blocked.
Facebook: Contact customer service after death
If a family member or close friend has died, you can apply for a memorial.
- However, this is only a form, you will not contact a Facebook employee here.
