Change font in latex - how it works
Latex is particularly popular during studies to write master's or diploma theses. The default font is Computer Modern, but you can also use many other fonts.
- To specify a font, you have to specify the font family, the weight and the shape before "\ begin {document}". In general, the command line is "\ usepackage [T1] {fontenc} \ newcommand {\ changefont} [3] {\ fontfamily {} \ fontseries {} \ fontshape {} \ selectfont}. The associated code must appear in the braces,
- For example, if you want to write your text in the "Times Roman normal" font, the part of the code is "\ changefont {ptm} {m} {n}".
