League of Legends: LoL Guide Vayne
Vayne is an outstanding AD carry and assassin in League of Legends. With our LoL Guide, you can fully exploit the potential of the night hunter.
Vayne's Assassin Skills
Vayne combines the skills of a ranged combat carrier and a typical assassin. This makes you a danger in every duel from the start. Her passive ability "Hunter of the Night" helps catch enemies fleeing. And beyond that, their skills are a very strong kit. Skill your Ultimate whenever possible and otherwise focus on "silver bolts" and "pike". In "Damn" you invest a point at level 3 and then level the skill last.
- With "Pike Roll" (Q) Vayne jumps a little bit towards your cursor. You can use this to bring distance between yourself and your opponent, to catch up with a target or to dodge opposing skill shots. The ability is also very useful because it sets your attack timer to 0, so you can start a normal attack again immediately after the role. Therefore, whenever possible, shoot your enemy normally before executing the role to fully exploit the potential of the ability.
- "Silver Bolts" are a passive enhancement to your standard attacks. Performing three normal attacks in a row on the same target does additional absolute damage that depends, among other things, on the opponent's maximum life. How to destroy very tough champions in seconds. Keep an eye on the silver rings under your target that show how many hits you have already distributed.
- "Damn" (E) is also very versatile. If you have to flee yourself, you can put your pursuer at a distance and your own hunt relieves the ability through good damage and, above all, a stunning effect if you hurl your opponents against a wall. Be sure to learn how far the crossbow throws your opponents backwards.
- Your enemies' "last hour" (R) strikes when you activate the Boost of the same name. They deal additional damage for a few seconds, remain invisible for a short time after a pike roll, and run even faster when you chase a target.
Items, runes and masteries for the AD carry
Vayne scales very well into the late game and then blossoms with the right objects to create a damage machine. Your focus on physical damage and above all attack speed for the "silver bolts" should support you with items, runes and masteries. Conversely, Vayne's biggest weakness is, of course, her low resilience. Go into it depending on the situation - for example with MDef objects. In general, however, you should only concentrate your carry on as much damage as possible in the shortest possible time.
- Attack speed is essential for Vayne. That's why you should always have "Berserker's Greaves" and "Blade of the Ruined King" in your set. At the same time, this also ensures a good portion of life robbery, which somewhat compensates for their weak defense. Then add a "phantom dancer" and for the improved critical hits a "blade of infinity". If you want to concentrate fully on the offensive, a "liar" and a "last breath" are always good options. Defensive all-rounders are the "guardian angel" and the "nimble scimitar".
- For easier entry and a high burst at the start of the game, focus your runes on attack damage. Take bonus damage for signs and essences. Seals and glyphs, on the other hand, keep you defensive with armor and magical resistance. If you feel very safe, you can also use attack speed instead. Habitat essences are also helpful and armor penetration scales better late in the game. You can therefore mix both with attack damage.
- For the masteries, you should sit on 21/9/0 - i.e. offensive focus. As an AD carry, nothing helps you as much as attack boost. With AD runes you don't need "butcher" and "destruction". Instead, take "devastation", "blood frenzy" and of course "executioner". You use the remaining nine points to make your champion a little more resistant with some defensive bonuses such as armor and life energy.
General tips about Vayne
- "Silver bolts", "pike roll" and "damn" can be combined very well. Fire normally at your opponent once, then roll immediately in his direction of escape and follow up with a reinforced second shot. If your opponent runs away from you, you should still reach him with a third shot thanks to your passive hunting bonus. Alternatively, use "damn" and hurl it against a wall. In any case, "silver bolt" is activated so that your opponent suffers deep wounds.
- "Damn" is best when you stun a target. But don't stiffen too much on this effect: It is often enough if you push a fleeing champion away from his tower - preferably towards your allies.
If you want to dominate the "League of Legends", you not only have to master your own champion, you also have to know your enemies. The Android app "League of Legends Champions" is recommended as a reference.
