Lebara: No network - what to do?
If your mobile phone does not find a network at Lebara, this can be due to both Lebara and your mobile phone. We'll show you how to fix the problem in both cases.
Lebara network not found - what to do?
- First, check Lebara's Facebook and Twitter pages. If there is currently a far-reaching problem, you will usually be informed here by post.
- If nothing is found on the website, you can contact Lebara's customer service. You can reach this either via the online chat or at 01806 532 272.
No network at Lebara - that can help
If the problem is not with Lebara, you should check your cell phone for errors:
- First switch off your smartphone and restart it. Small errors in the buffer are deleted and the cell phone finds the network again.
- If the problem persists, remove the SIM card and carefully clean it. Then start the network search again.
- Also change location. There may be no reception available at your current location.
