LemonSwan: delete profile - how it works

If you would like to cancel your profile at the online dating portal LemonSwan, you can do this in various ways.

How to cancel your LemonSwan profile

With a free LemonSwan membership, you can delete your profile if you no longer wish to receive dating suggestions.

1. To do this, log in to the LemeonSwan website with your access data.
2. In the member area select "My Profile" and here "Data and Settings> Account Data".
3. Then click on "Delete Account". Confirm the deletion in the following step by clicking on the "Delete" item.
4. Your personal data will then be deleted.

Cancel the paid membership before deleting your profile

If you have a paid membership in LemonSwan, you should cancel it before you delete your profile.

• The notice period is always twelve weeks - regardless of the term of your contract.
• Termination must be in writing. You can send them by email, post or fax.

• It is important that the cancellation is sent on time and that it contains the relevant data. In addition to your first and last name, this also includes your address and the email address with which you are logged in to LemonSwan.
• When canceling, also provide your box number and the service password. You can find both in your profile under "Data and settings> Account data". In any case, have your cancellation confirmed promptly in writing.
• Alternatively, you can legally terminate your membership in LemonSwan by submitting a subscription alert. Here you have the Aboalarm mail as proof of your termination.
