Send Lenovo laptop in: contact support
Before you send in your Lenovo laptop, you should first contact support and explain the problem. He will then give you the correct address and explain how to proceed.
- If you open the following Lenovo website in your browser, you can contact support there in writing. You will then receive the response from the employees by email. Tip: You can usually find the serial number required on the bottom of the laptop.
- If your laptop has the word "Think" in its name, you can contact Lenovo free of charge on 0800 500 4618. The hotline is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- For all other Lenovo laptops, for example Idea or Essential products, call 01805 366 869. The hotline is open Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. However, a call from the landline costs 14 cents per minute, maximum 42 cents on the go.

- Contact Lenovo support and have your serial number ready. You can usually find this on the bottom of the laptop.
- Note that you are usually entitled to a warranty for exactly one year. Damages that occur later are usually only repaired for a fee. Regardless of this, you can have your notebook repaired for two years as part of the warranty if there is no fault.
- If your order has been processed by support, you will receive a shipping label. Stick them on the securely packaged laptop and hand them in at the post office.
