LG G4: expand memory - how it works

If the internal memory of your LG G4 is no longer sufficient, you can expand it in several ways. We present two options.

Expand storage from LG G4 via SD card

• The internal storage of the LG G4 holds a total of 32 GB. However, you effectively have much less memory left.
• With a micro SD including adapter, you can easily expand the memory. The SD card is inserted on the back of the device.
• According to LG, the G4 should recognize SD cards with up to 2 TB of memory. There are actually no limits to the size.

Expand storage from LG G4 via cloud storage

• The memory of the LG G4 can also be expanded with cloud storage. Most cloud providers already provide you with several GB of storage free of charge.
• With the Android apps from Google Drive or Dropbox, the cloud storage is installed and integrated directly on your smartphone. In another article, we show you other cloud providers.
