LibreOffice: Create diagrams - how it works
In this practical tip we will explain how to create diagrams under LibreOffice.
LibreOffice: Two ways to create a diagram
Open your document in which you want to insert a diagram.
- In LibreOffice Writer you can find the diagrams under Insert> Object> Diagram.
- Use LibreOffice Calc, Impress or Draw, create a diagram by clicking on the small icon (see picture).
Click on the diagram to design the area
Once you have created the diagram, you can change the design by clicking on the surface.
- A double-click opens a window - here you can change the line width, color, fill and transparency.
- A right click gives you the choice between diagram types, sizes and axes.
- If you right-click on the individual bars, you can format the data.
