Lidl Mobile: Have the SIM card blocked - that's how it's done
If you have lost your cell phone, you should have your SIM card blocked by Lidl Mobile. We'll show you how it's done.
Block SIM card at Lidl Mobile
If you have a contract with Lidl Mobile, you must adhere to Fonic if you have any problems. So even if you want to block your SIM card:
- You can contact Fonic's customer service every day between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. on 0176 8888 0000. The cost is a normal call to the mobile network.
- After confirming your personal data, your SIM card will be blocked. If you wish, you can order a new SIM card directly.
- If you cannot reach anyone on the hotline above, use the free blocking emergency call on 116 116.
