Lieferando vs. Delivery man - a comparison
In this comparison, we have the delivery services Lieferando and Lieferheld compete against each other. We looked at the providers in terms of offer, order process, payment, delivery and app service.
Lieferando: in comparison with Lieferheld
With Lieferando you can select any delivery service in your city and order from it. We give you an overview of the services and the process at Lieferando.
- Offer: With Lieferando you can choose from 10, 000 delivery services. The offer is extensive. You can choose something from just about any direction, including German, Italian or Greek cuisine, to name just a few. In the lower part of the homepage you will find a list of all dishes and directions.
- Order: At the start of your order, enter your zip code in the field on the home page. Lieferando searches for the delivery services in the area and shows them to you. You choose a corresponding service and get the offer displayed. Now put your order together and put it in the shopping cart.
- Payment: On delivery you can pay with or without cash. For payment without cash you have the choice between direct debit, credit card, instant transfer or PayPal. You enter the payment method at the end of your order. You are guaranteed to pay the same amount as for delivery service.
- Delivery: Delivery is made to the address specified in the order. When ordering, you can specify a delivery time or have the food delivered immediately. By choosing the delivery time, you can, for example, order your lunch for 6 p.m. at noon and then do not have to worry about anything.
- App: You can also download the app on your smartphone and order it from there. The Lieferando app is available in the Google Play Store, App Store and for your Windows Phone.

At Lieferheld you can also choose from the best delivery services in the city. We explain how you order from Lieferheld and what services are offered.
- Offer: Also with Lieferheld you can choose depending on your taste. With Lieferheld, you only choose your food direction after choosing the city. A list of the different kitchens or dishes is not available on the home page, only after you have entered your zip code or city will it be displayed.
- Order: From the delivery services displayed for your city, select the appropriate one and select it. You will then be shown the offer and can choose your dish. Then place this in the shopping cart and create your order.
- Payment: Even with Lieferheld you can pay with or without cash. You can choose between PayPal, Sofortüberweisung or credit card payment. Payment by direct debit is not offered. You also specify the type of payment after ordering.
- Delivery: Lieferheld also delivers your food directly to the address given. You can also pre-order here. Otherwise you can have your food delivered immediately.
- App: You can also order from Lieferheld via the app. You can get these from the Google Play Store and the App Store.
