Install and update Flash Player on Linux Mint
To install the Flash Player, you first have to open the terminal.
- Enter the command "sudo apt-get install pepperflashplugin-nonfree" and confirm with [Enter]. For security reasons, you must now enter the administrator password.
- The program is now downloaded and installed. Wait for this process to finish.
- You should then use the "sudo update-pepperflashplugin-nonfree –status" command to check whether an update is available.
- If this is the case, you can download and install the update with the command "sudo update-pepperflashplugin-nonfree –install". Then restart the PC.
